Richard Lewis Mathematics Tutoring I have been teaching Mathematics since 1979. I received both my Bachelor's degree and my Master's degree from Louisiana State University. This school year marks the 27th year that I have taught at Dulles High School in Fort Bend ISD. Previous to moving to Fort Bend, I have taught 8 years at LSU as a math instructor and I taught for 7 of those years as a math teacher at a Brusly High School in West Baton Rouge. I have taught Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus AB and Calculus BC, as well as various mathematics remedial courses.
I am the head of the Math department at Dulles High School where I am currently teaching Calculus BC, PreCalculus Honors and Multivariable Calculus (Calculus 3). I have had the honor of being the school's 2010 Teacher of the Year. I have been married for 29 years and I am the proud father of 4 and the grandfather of 3 (soon to be 4). |
